Typical Heating Challenges in Central Asia Oil & Gas Projects

Oilfields and pipeline stations in Kazakhstan and nearby markets often need to maintain crude oil fluidity, reduce viscosity, limit wax deposition, and protect equipment from freezing. Gas facilities also need stable temperature control before and after pressure reduction, especially around filters, valves, metering lines, and pressure-regulating units.

Electric heating is especially useful where steam or fired heating systems are inconvenient, maintenance intensive, or difficult to operate safely on remote sites. Where power supply conditions are favorable, electric heating can be evaluated as an alternative to traditional fired or steam-based heating methods.

We do not recommend a single universal model for every site. Heater power, vessel or pipeline interface, materials, control logic, and protection functions should be selected according to actual operating conditions.
