Oilfield Production Fluid Heating Skid Project

Six packaged electric heaters supplied for overseas oil, water and gas heating duties.

Project overview

Application and supply scope.

The project configuration below summarizes the supplied equipment and its process application.

Year
2022
Region
Diffa Region, Niger
Application

The engineering challenge

Conditions shaping the heating duty.

The overseas supply required two heating capacities with a consistent operating approach for hazardous-area oilfield service.

Equipment interfaces, remote operation, documentation, long-distance transportation and storage readiness formed part of the delivery scope.

Package scope & interfaces

Beyond the heater body.

The integration and handover scope documented for this project.

Packaged equipment

Four 75 kW and two 150 kW indirect thermal-oil heater skids with removable heating elements.

Controls & installation parts

Control cabinets, junction boxes, companion flanges, gaskets, fasteners and anchor bolts.

Export handover

Inspection and operation documents, bilingual nameplates and export packaging.

Our approach

Engineering the complete heating package.

Indirect heating and maintenance

Thermal oil separates the electric elements from process media. Removable elements and skid integration provide a defined maintenance and installation boundary.

Common control architecture

PLC, PID and SCR regulation provide temperature control with local and remote operating modes. Modbus supports temperature, alarm and status exchange with station controls.

Export-ready supply

The scope includes control cabinets, junction boxes, companion flanges, gaskets, fasteners, anchor bolts, bilingual nameplates and inspection and operation documents, with export packaging.

Project value

Delivery and application value.

Manufacturing and supply result

Six heating skids in two capacities were supplied as an overseas equipment package, with process interfaces and supporting handover materials.

Clear delivery boundary

This case demonstrates manufacturing and export scope. It does not claim a verified commissioning result or quantified field performance after installation.
